Deep Clean
Under 1300sqft: $250 flat rate
Above 1300sqft: $0.20/sqft

$50/HR, 2/HR minimum
Move-Out
Under 1300sqft: $350 flat rate
Above 1300sqft: $0.25/sqft
Add-ons must be added at least 24 hours prior to clean. All add-ons are not guaranteed if requested same day.

Under 1000sqft:
Weekly: $100 | Bi-weekly: $120 | Monthly: $140
Above 1000sqft:
Weekly: $0.10/sqft | Bi-weekly: $0.12/sqft | Monthly: $0.14/sqft
